A blogger friend of mine referred me to a book called, "Eat Right for Your Type." It has been such an interesting read, I haven't been able to put it down. Half baked ideas got formulated but I wondered of someone else could run with the ideas?
Basically the book explains that race should not be a factor for categorizing people. Blood type should be! Why? Because each blood type reacts differently to food, environment, etc regardless of what color the person is who has that blood type.
Anyway, one thing that I found interesting was that a certain type could handle meat, but not dairy. Yet, there is another blood type that doesn't need so much meat, but thrives well on dairy! Also, a lot of the unkosher foods are said to have lectins -which is not good for anyone.
Can anybody run with this?
