Indeed, I haven't read much yet, but I am just thinking out loud right now. Is the happy mother =the land of Israel and the 'children'=Bnei Israel /the children of Israel?
Also, I had never heard before this book that the Sultan who controlled Israel (before WW1) wanted to sell parts of the land for money to use to fight his various battles. I didn't know prominent rabbaim were asked Jews left and right to buy up the land but no one did.
I am so sorry that Rav. Yisachar Shlomo Teichtal died without seeing Eretz Yisrael. So sorry.
