How to change people's attitude? A small idea....
I wonder if someone had to guts to make a school and in the school they taught the Jewish children that we are all working towards something- a common goal that was so big and beautiful that it took all of klal Yisrael to do. The Yeshivishe guy is honing the Oral Torah (let's say) while the chassidishe guy is teaching the spirit how to soar, whereas the sephardim.......(so on and so on)
Maybe this way, from youth, people will see that its all part of the same "tower" we are building.
